About the Job :
- We are currently in need of a sales talents. This ‘Guru in sales on the making’ should have the capabilities and attitude to build strong, long-term relationships with our members and customers building trust and credibility while delivering the typical Handelot services: consulting, market references, check-ups, market information, alerts, industry trends, price indications, trading support and so on.
- We are working in intercultural business area so our new colleague will have to be comfortable managing different types of approaches with our partners (consultative, persuasive, relationship, personal, advocate, problem solving…).
- The Account Manager in Handelot performs a wide range of activities and actions. Therefore the capability to be comfortable developing a number of jobs and tasks is truly important.
Requirements:
- Handelot Account Manager needs to have excellent memory and a quick brain (loads to learn and remember in our job).
- Natural gift to interact with people from all over the word (different ages, cultures, countries, languages, religions…). Empathy is key for us.
- FLUENT in Italian and English is a major need for this job. However, a third languages will highly appreciated.
- Experience is not important for us but this is SALES JOB and we are interested in people that do enjoy talking to people and achieving targets.
- Can-do attitude, team play mentality and hard-working personality. Fun personality is a must for all employees at Handelot
